Don’t just stretch – get stretched by one of our licensed Physical Therapists. A 15 to 30 minute one-on-one stretch session, customized to your body’s specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting specific muscle groups. Also, stretching increases how many calories you burn in a day, which is a big part of losing weight!
